Wayne Gerard is the founder and CEO of Prtnr (pronounced Partner) a private investment firm focused on investing in companies creating a sustainable and vibrant future. He started his career as an Army Office serving 10 years before joining Boeing.

Over the last 20 years, Wayne has founded and led multiple businesses, including RedEye which was acquired by US industrial technology giant Fortive in December 2023.

In 2021 – 2022 Wayne was Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur. He has severed on numerous public and private boards and advisory bodies, including the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Legacy Committee.

He is an Adjunct Professor in business and entrepreneurship at QUT, Chair of Klean Technologies, on the advisory board of Advanced R&D and research management startup EndPoint IQ. He is currently cofounding a new AI startup.
