Biliana Rajevic is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience across financial services, technology, and quantum technology with expertise in strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance. She has held leadership roles in large organizations, boutique firms, and startups across Australia, the U.S., and Europe. Before transitioning into the deep tech startup ecosystem, Biliana pursued a career on Wall Street, specializing in capital markets, structured finance, and investor relations.

Currently, Biliana leads Corporate Communications and PR at Quantum Brilliance. Previously, she led strategic engagement at QuintessenceLabs and played a pivotal role at Sydney Quantum Academy as their inaugural Industry Engagement Manager. Biliana is also the Co-founder of Quantum Women, a global professional network addressing barriers to career advancement facing women working in quantum technologies, sits on the Swinburne Industry Research Advisory Board, and is a former Co-Chair of the Australian Quantum Alliance.

Biliana holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
