Anne-Marie Perret

Anne-Marie Perret has had a varied career applying her skills and capabilities with both private and public sector organisations.

 

Anne-Marie has worked with the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation in Hong Kong, Ernst & Young and PwC in Canberra. After nearly 14 years in Big 4 Accounting firms, Anne-Marie went out on her own assisting high-growth technology clients with their R&D funding needs through access to government incentives, grant funding and investment. Anne-Marie also works closely with many technology companies on their governance and growth. Anne-Marie utilises these skills as a mentor to companies in the Griffin Accelerator and Defence Trailblazer programs.

 

Anne-Marie has been actively involved in high growth innovative and entrepreneurial companies through not only her role as an advisor and mentor but also as an Angel Investor and Board Director and Advisory Board Member. She is currently a Director of satellite company Skykraft Pty Ltd, a Member of the Medicines Australia Advisory Committee, a Director and former Chair Capital Angels, a Director of the Griffin Accelerator Holdings Pty Ltd, and the Chair of the Win The Day Charity. In addition, Anne-Marie chairs various board Audit and Risk and Governance Committees.

 

Anne-Marie’s former roles include Directorships for technology companies Magia Solutions and DataPos Technology as well as the ACT Brumbies, Canberra Glassworks and the National Heart Foundation. Anne-Marie has also previously been a member of the ACT Government’s Renewable Energy Innovation Fund Business Advisory Board and a Program Board Member for the ACT Government’s Small Business Innovation Partnerships.

 

Anne-Marie’s is the outgoing President of the ACT Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) having had 9 years as a member of the Council with 7 of those as President.
